1. Immediate Family Only 🎄
Christmas minis are designed to capture the festive joy of your immediate family. If you’re planning to bring along multiple branches of the family tree (e.g., cousins, aunts, or other households), please book seperate sessions. Exception: I can snap a shot of the grandkids together—that’s priceless!
2. Newborns Welcome – But Not Newborn Shoots 👶
Congratulations on the new arrival! This session covers family and sibling photos, so if your newborn is tagging along, I’m happy to capture a quick, sweet moment of them too. However, this isn’t a newborn-style session (those involve more time and preparation). If you’re looking for a dedicated newborn shoot, have a peek at the other packages I offer for the full treatment.
3. Editing & Special Requests 🌟
Your photos will be edited to bring out that magical Christmas feeling. For any extensive editing needs, additional fees may apply, as it requires extra time and can delay the process for everyone. So please, keep those requests light and festive!
4. Timing & Delivery – Just in Time for Santa 🎅
While I can’t promise an exact delivery date, you’ll have your photos in plenty of time for Christmas cheer. Thank you for your patience as I work my magic!
5. Print Selections 📸
As I’m racing the calendar, the images you select for digital files will be the same as those for your prints. This helps ensure you receive everything in a timely manner without any hold-ups.
6. Punctuality is Key! ⏰
Sessions are booked back-to-back, so please arrive on time. I’ll do my best to accommodate any small delays, but if you’re late and another family is waiting, I’ll have to move forward with the next appointment. Let’s keep the Christmas spirit running smoothly!
7. Booking Deposit & Payment 🎁
To secure your spot, a booking deposit is required (Non Refundable). The balance is due on the day of the appointment. Let’s get that taken care of so you can relax and enjoy the shoot! If you have to cancel your shoot, please let me know in advance. I will try and reschedule and the great thing - your deposit moves to that day too!! If you would like to fully cancel, the desposit is non refundable.
8. Little Extras 🎄
I’m all about keeping things quick and festive! To help things flow, please keep in mind that there’s limited room for additional requests beyond the standard session. Rest assured, you’ll have wonderful images to cherish and share.
